Open Enrollment is now open for all SolutionHealth employees (SolutionHealth, Elliot Health System, and Southern New Hampshire Health) and will continue through Sunday, November 22, 2020.
Open enrollment is the one time during the year in which you can enroll or make changes to your existing benefits outside of a special qualifying life event. The elections you make during open enrollment will be effective as of January 1, 2021 and will remain in effect for the entire Plan Year (January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021).
Open enrollment elections are REQUIRED for all full-time (30 to 40 hours per week) and part-time (20 to 29 hours per week) benefits eligible employees. This means that if you wish to elect or waive any benefits for the 2021 plan year, you must complete your electronic benefit enrollment. If you do not enroll within the open enrollment window, your benefits will default to “no coverage,” with the exception of the employer paid Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability, and Short-Term Disability plans for those eligible. Please note that Earned Time election forms will be sent out separately this year.

- Enroll and/or waive benefits (via ESS/My HR Portal)
- View recorded presentations, which highlight updates for 2021
- Sign up for virtual individual meetings to speak with a benefits specialist regarding 2021 benefit questions (via PickATime)
