In this video, Irene Arevalo Jimenez, BSN, RN-BC, a nurse at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, explains what it has been like being on the front lines of COVID-19 pandemic. She works in the heart of a COVID-19 unit, 4 West. That unit has been designated as the COVID-19 med/surg floor since March.
