Foundation Cardiology is pleased to welcome Jamie DiClemente, MSN, AGNP-BC, to Southern New Hampshire Health.
DiClemente received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. She then went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Massachusetts in Boston, MA.
She is a board-certified adult and gerontology nurse practitioner. DiClemente has clinical interests in atrial fibrillation, heart arrhythmia, and cardiac devices/implants.
DiClemente is accepting new patients.
