Federal funds are available to hospitals in New Hampshire to help counteract the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, Manchester’s hospitals have not been eligible for much of that funding. Officials at Elliot Health System and Catholic Medical Center say the hospitals have seen 61% of the state’s COVID-19 patients, but have only received 9% of federal funding that has come to New Hampshire.
