After being closed for several weeks, the Welliot at Elliot Hospital will be re-opening on Monday, February 22. The hours are outlined below and will include access into the Group Exercise Room as we are finishing up vaccination clinics and finalizing repairs in the main gym space. Equipment that will be available for use includes treadmills, elliptical machines, upright bikes, adaptive motion trainers, free weights, and a small pulley system. Live and virtual options are available for classes and personal training.
