The daughter of two front line health care workers at Elliot Health System is opening up about what it’s like at home with parents who work at a hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Morgan Torre, the Assistant Copy Editor for The Suffolk Journal, wrote about her moms who both work at the Elliot and the impact she has seen through them.
She talks about the extra safety precautions they must take at home after a long day at the hospital and the frustration they feel when people don’t wear masks and put others at risk.
