Congratulations to the Marketing Department at SolutionHealth for winning their fourth Lamplighter Award from the New England Society for Healthcare Communications.
The Marketing Department is being recognized for its work on “Employee Referral Bonus.” The team took home silver in its provider/employee, retention and referral generation campaign.
“Faced with competition from many local healthcare facilities, Southern New Hampshire Health had multiple hard-to-fill positions (both clinical and non-clinical) – this internal campaign generated referrals from employees who were eager to have their friends today, become their colleagues tomorrow,” says Beth Short, Director of Marketing.
The Lamplighter Awards are open to all public relations and marketing professionals employed by New England healthcare institutions, health plans, and agencies.
