Southern New Hampshire Health System’s Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) recently achieved CDC Full Recognition!

The Diabetes Prevention Program has been shown to help participants with prediabetes prevent and reduce their risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Our trained lifestyle coaches lead interactive one hour groups sessions helping participants achieve 5-7% weight loss though healthy food choices and increased physical activity.
