By sharing content with SolutionHealth (including but not limited to: written messages, photos and videos), you retain the rights to your works while granting SolutionHealth and its affiliates the unrestricted, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, communicate, modify and display the works (in whole or in part) for any purpose without any fee or other form of compensation, and without further notification or permission. Further I hereby waive all rights that I may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, electronic images, films, or photographs, regardless of whether such exhibition is for philanthropic or institutional benefit. I understand that photographs, written messages, electronic images, or films may be edited, modified or retouched for artistic purposes to withhold identity or for other graphic production reasons which may or may not be within SolutionHealth’s control. Furthermore, I understand that the photographs, electronic images, written messages, or films that are posted on the SolutionHealth website may be repurposed to other forms of marketing including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, brochures, emails, and mailings.
