New Hampshire Air National Guard Chief Nurse and The Elliot’s Trauma Program Manager Makes a Difference!

Lindsey Whelan, MS, RN, CCRN, ACCNS-AG, who serves as the New Hampshire Air National Guard’s Chief Nurse, is currently on leave from her role as Clinical Nurse Specialist and Trauma Program Manager at The Elliot providing boots on the ground in the National Guard’s COVID-19 vaccine efforts.

She was recently interview by CNN about her work. “I spent the better half of last year with colleagues, watching COVID-19 patients come through and seeing how their family and friends are suffering. It’s nice to be on the other side of this… and prevent patients from getting it in the first place,” Whelan told CNN.
