Please join us as we navigate through the Engagement Survey portal. These sessions are geared to managers, directors, AVPs, and VPs, to help you navigate the portal where you find your department’s engagement survey results.
In this session you will learn how to:
- Understand and interpret the engagement survey results
- Access the results in the online system and use the portal functionality to investigate/drill deeper
- Plan for Improvement/Action planning discussions with your team
- Log an Improvement plan within the online system
