New Searles Elementary School in Nashua is thanking you, their hometown heroes, with drawings and messages of support!

Each year, the school typically invites firefighters, police, and health care workers to the school to line up and be high-fived and thanked by the students and staff. It’s one of the favorite days of the year at the elementary school.

Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and remote learning, the school wasn’t able to keep up with tradition this year. Instead, some of the students made signs and pictures to say thank you to all the amazing health care workers, firefighters, and police who work tirelessly to protect the community!

New Searles Elementary School says they look forward to being able to give you high-fives next school year!
