This month, we’re asking for your help! SolutionHealth is striving to be a top choice employer in our region. Employee and provider engagement are important aspects of this goal. So, we want to hear your thoughts. Employees and providers across SolutionHealth are encouraged to participate in our upcoming Engagement Survey that opens on May 10!
By taking the online survey, administered by Press Ganey, you have the opportunity to provide valuable feedback to leadership and ideas on how the organization can improve the work environment and make SolutionHealth the place people want to work.
The survey is 100% confidential. You will receive an e-mail link for the survey directly from Press Ganey. All responses go directly to Press Ganey. Comments for units with fewer than five responses will be rolled up to the next leader to ensure confidentiality. For more information about the confidentiality of this survey click here.
The survey will be structured to include questions about: workforce engagement, wellness, resilience, remote work, and diversity.
There will also be open-ended questions for you to provide any additional comments. Press Ganey will remove names and this information will only be shared with Human Resources. This information will not be sent to your manager.
For anyone who needs support or a place to fill out the Employee & Provider Engagement Survey there will be support stations at the main campuses of both The Elliot and Southern.

We ask that you complete the survey during your work hours. If that’s not an option, then please mark the time you spend on the survey in your timesheet to make sure you are compensated for the additional time spent on work-related topics.
By completing the survey, your name will automatically be entered into a raffle, and five lucky winners will receive iPads. Press Ganey will alert those who won to ensure confidentiality.
